  1. Hi Bunnings,

My family and I have been a customer of yours since day 1 in NSW and have been for (I don’t know how many years… I was a Kid and now I’m 31… You do the stats). a loyal customer.

I’ve moved with the times and I’m now an online shopper. So I attempted to make a purchase online. I was first blown away with the comment ‘we’re closed now’. If you have an online site, open to people 24/7 should you not be available 24/7?

I also work in customer service and retail. I take pride in my company’s ability to provide for our customer. I will work nights and weekends to ensure my customers get the best service… But it’s not my personal email my customers see. I see their feedback and I take the time out to put things right and make them happy.

    Sort this out.
